I’m Garry and although I’ve been living a primarily raw and plant-based lifestyle for a lot of years now, it hasn’t always been that way!

I began my journey to well-being in 2015 when I finally faced up to the lifestyle of a lot of negative behavioural patterns- consuming junk food, alcohol, smoking and pretty much every vice going, was making me really sick. I was facing a Dr and I knew that it was my lifestyle that got me into trouble so I needed to change before it was too late. I decided to turn to nature and the power of the plants…..

Due to experiencing a huge shift in awareness whilst going on an extended juice fast – I discovered the awesome power of juice cleansing for both the body and mind. This, alongside other practices, has helped radically transform the way I relate to myself and the way I move in the world.

I’m super passionate about helping others progress on their own journey to true optimal health and founded Alkalize Me, a premium quality cold-pressed juice and raw food health and well-being company in London, as a vehicle to do exactly that. We’ve helped hundreds of people to let go of old versions of themselves and discover a wealth of untapped potential within. It’s so beautiful to watch people grow, flourish and create lasting change through the various guided cleanses, wellness practices and collaborations we provide.
